If you can wait then wait. See how they stack up. If you are looking at a 6.4 you will have to wait a good bit anyway. I don't think it will be on the market until late next year. For the interim you might consider a used truck to fill the gap. The scary thing about the 6.0 and the 6.4 is that most of Ford's techs have no clue on how to work on them or diagnose them. I could elaborate but the stories are very long.

Hopefully the egr systems on the 6.7 don't cause the headaches for Dodge like they have for Ford.
