New '06 Dodge CTD owner, power upgrades??

I just purchased a new '06 CTD, after a horrible experience with my '03 Ford 6.0. I use the truck for work, and pull each and everyday during the summer. 29' tandem axle gooseneck trailer with skidsteer, etc., and 8'*20' enclosed trailer with lots of crap in it. I would like to give the truck a bit more power for towing in the summers, and mostly of all increase fuel mileage. I haven't even drove the truck yet, as the dealer still has it doing some "stuff" to it. I will probably wait a bit until i get a few miles on it before i start modding it i just wanted to see what was working for the dodges?

I know the edge/attitude is working well on the duries, and now they have a new one for the 6.0's that is working well, does it work well on the dodges?? I got a 6 speed. I really like the edge with the gauges, etc, just ordered a new product for them for my wifes 05 F-150 . Really like edge products, but i am open to here what is working well on the CTD's?? Thanks for all your input, looking forward to getting my truck that will actually run, day in day out

Before you add a power box or something, I would recommend that you install gauges. You should also consider an aftermarket air intake and freer flowing 4'' muffler.

The Edge Juice w/ Attitude is not available yet for the 06's. Dodge changed the wiring harness to the injectors, so the Juice for the 04.5-05 will not work. I had one on my 04.5 and it worked great.

Contacted edge about the '06 edge/attitude and they said it would be a couple of months before they were out. They said the edge eze will work on the 06's but not the attitude??? This really sucks, hope they come out with it sooner!! Anyone else have any other tuner/programmers that are working well on the CTD. I am new to dodge, so i don't know what works well on these things, past truck was an 03 6.0 Ford, so i know what works well on them. Thanks for your input guys.

Quadzilla and TST boxes will work with the 06 CTD. I am looking at the Quadzilla XZT, mostly for mpg's than performance, but have not pulled the trigger. It seems like every other day someone is posting code problems, and I am just not quite sure. I know the TST is overkill for what I am planning, but if major power is what you are looking for, check it out.
