Need opinons on lifting rear???

When i bought my 03 it already had steel leveling blocks on top of the front springs. The rear is at the stock height and eavin with my bullnose ranch hand front bumper the back of the truck sits about 1 1/2inches lower. Im not sure what kind of leveling kit this thing has but it sux when you drop a 16ft bumper pull on it and the truck looks like its squattin like a half ton lol. I dont what to do a lift block so im think add a leaf. What do you guys think?

I put air bags on the back to lift the rear to match the front and I can air them up when I throw a trailer on the truck to keep it level.

I would get mini leaf packs or full replacement leafs from carli or lorenz and add air bags. The mini packs will give a little lift in the rear and make the ride better, but you will loose a little towing capacity unless you add air bags. Unless all you do is tow other add a leafs can make the ride even stiffer out back. If you don't want to spend that much, i would do just the air bags as they work great for towing and if you just leave 15-20 psi in them when your not towing it should make you sit level and not impact ride quality.

I stuck a set of 2" blocks under the back of mine. Works great.

Adding blocks will increase the wheel hop wouldn't it?
I'd go with the air bags, I have mine hooked up to my Pac Brake compressor using an AirLift wireless controller, slick unit, no need to run aie lines and wiring into the cab.

It hasn't on mine, but looking at your mods it might. I did have to shim down the carrier bearing about 3/4", but I had a shutter at the start before I did it. Keep it in mind though which ever way you go though.
