Need help.. Truck's running bad??
The other morning it was somewhat cold out (around 50*) and when I went to leave my truck wouldn't start and I ended up having to take a another vehicle. Later when I came home It started but had a very bad injector rattle and I got a code P0192 Fuel Pressure Sensor Voltage Too Low. Took it into dodge they said my FCA was bad and wanted $400 to replace it. So I ordered a new FCA through cummins for $100 and replaced it myself. It didn't change anything and it's still running horrible and has really bad injector rattle, What do you guys think it could be?
Thanks for any help, Andrew

Most all the hard start cold and rough running has been failed injector or injectors.I'm just taking a stab at this but there has been MANY threads/posts on the subject. Is not the RAIL gauge used in checking if fuel has bled down when shut off.Rail psi falling off due to injector or tube bleeding down.

Thanks for the reply, I was thinking injectors too but we figured out what it was. I swaped my rail pressure sensor with the one on my dad's truck and the rattle went away. So I think I need a new rail pressure sensor. Does anyone have the part # from cummins for a replacement rail pressure sensor?
Thanks, Andrew

Yeap, your rail pressure sensor is toast. It happens sometimes. Truck will sound like a cammed up truck.. Bad for the injectors that is for sure.

Ah, I see in your signature you have a Quad RP gauge. Make sure the center pin on the RP sensor has the rubber gromment in it. If it gets wet you will eat RP sensors. Check it out....
