Near 36K - What TSB's Should I Have Done?
I have 32K on my truck and will be taking her in over the next week or two to have the following done:
1. Driver and passenger door seals replaced (Pillar seals)
2. Clearance lights replaced
Are there any other things I should get done before I hit 36K and warranty expires????
Thanks!

Hi bud. Here is a list of what's available, other than what you already mentioned, for the 05's that are applicable (I won't bore you with the one for chrome wheel cleaning procedures).
TSB 18-022-06, Flash: 5.9L Turbo-Diesel Engine System Enhancements. This is a big one….major ECM software update. The new software includes:
1) Improved engine cooling (radiator fan activation) and prevention of possible engine overheat. When coolant temperature faults are present the radiator fan is enabled (turned on) during vehicle operation.
2) Correction to oil pressure reading when engine is operating at higher engine temperatures above 91°C (195°F).
3) Improvement to the Temperature Sensor Rationality Test to prevent possible false test failures and their following related Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC's):
a. DTC P0071 - Inlet Air Temperature Sensor Rationality.
b. DTC P0111 - Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor Rationality.
c. DTC P0514 - Battery Temperature Sensor Rationality.
4) Additional Water-in-Fuel (WIF) warning added to indicate that the operator has had a WIF DTC P2269 and has continued to operate (drive) the vehicle in excess of 500 miles without draining the water from the fuel filter. The following is the new WIF DTC that has been added:
a. DTC P0169 - WIF Too Long Error
TSB 14-003-05, Musty Odor from AC System. If you have a musty odor when you initially turn on your AC system, this TSB involves running a bottle of cleaner through the cooling coil, then a bottle of "coating", then installing two filters in the air track.
TSB 14-004-05, Electronic Fuel Control (EFC) Actuator. This TSB is for slight engine surge at idle. If you have some, the dealer has a slew of verifying checks to make, and if everything else checks out (the rest of your fuel system), they will replace the actuator on the back of the CP3 injection pump.
That’s all I see.

Here is a list of all the TSBs for Dodge for 2005.

Some apply to the 1500 trucks and not ours. I would suggest you print out a copy of the TSBs that apply and take it to the dealer to make sure they know you have done your homework. Good luck.
