Ok, I loaded up Sw 3 with the most timing and least torque management (most aggressive) and it held.

Also, I fixed the shifter boot. Noise wise: I can tell zero difference from the stock one, with the only exception being when you lug it. It rattles a little below 1200 Rpms but it's not loud or obnoxious by Any means.

The Perfection clutch sounds like it's doing the job. A long term report will be appreciated. Standard Transmission is recommending Pennsoil Synchromesh for these G-56's as they are seeing some burnt internals on their rebuilds.

One last little update to this, I spent all weekend moving cattle, the noise is noteworthy at low rpm, especially with a trailer. Not obnoxious, but undoubtedly there. The loudest is when you're just idling in gear (going through the pasture, pulling through gates, etc.) I just thought I'd mention that since I previously said there was very little noise.

I am looking at this clutch, but have a question about the Foot Note on the Perfection website for this clutch set.

It states "Requires use of Original Equipment Crankshaft-to-Dual Mass Flywheel adaptor."

A little more info from those of you that have installed this clutch set would be great.

Edit: I think that's referring to the piece the flywheel attaches to.

I'm pretty sure that's correct.
