Major lack of power when warm

Truck is 03 CTD, 6spd, 4x4, about 290k. BHAF, K&N intake tube, Edge EZ, FASS pump, slightly bigger injectors (150hp maybe) and thats about it.

Truck runs great when its cold, but once it gets up to temperature, it has absolutely no power. Under maybe 20% throttle, it feels normal, but anything above that, and it just has nothing. It is to the point where you can put it to the floor in 5th gear and barely crawl over 60mph.

Truck has brand new fuel filter, recent air filter, unplugged the EZ, threw a banks Big can wastegate on to see if mine was bad, replaced the exhaust manifold with another stocker from the scrap yard because the original had cracked. Only codes that come up ever are occasionally overboost P0234, and FCA P0251. Truck has had the FCA replaced once, maybe twice before. Injectors are about 120-140k old.

I am at the end of my rope with this truck, I feel like I've been trying to find and correct this problem for way, way too long. Any ideas or suggestions? The problem has been going on for some time, it isn't just starting from using winter blend diesel. Truck has always had additive and cleaner run through the tanks.

maybe your cp3 is bad do you have good fuel pressure? maybe your fass isnt kicking on? the cp3 will pull fuel but if the pump isnt working it will be hard to pull fuel through the pump when it isnt working arson makes a different fca for the cp3? does it smoke at all if so what color? you could have a boost leak somewhere, does the oil smell like fuel or is the oil level high?

Sorry for the delayed response, it seems everything electronic is failing me these days. Anyways, had a boost leak at the first coupler, replaced with a new hose, made no difference. Fuel pressure was 12psi, Fass seems to be kicking on fine, audibly pretty loud. Truck isn't making any oil, nor does it smell like fuel. Getting ready to throw a set of gauges on it in the next week or two, and see if maybe the turbo isn't producing enough or able to hold any pressure consistently. As far as the CP3 goes, it has thrown a code before, something along the lines of internal metering problem, but it has been a while and haven't seen it since.

Have you tried an APP sensor? Mine did the same thing. Cold ran fine as soon as it was warm would give throttle and no go. Replaced mine and it seems to have fixed it. Been only a few days though.

Just wanted to update this a bit. Replacing the map sensor took care of the overboost code and driving unloaded had seemed to be cured. Truck runs great like it used to. Then we hooked it up to our wedge trailer loaded down with bad results. Boost stays steady at 30 psi, egt just under 1200, pedal to the floor, 5th gear results in 45-50mph and that's it. Haven't tried an apps yet, but that's all that is left that hasn't been changed. There are no codes for anything at all, if it's empty, you would never know there was a problem. Any more ideas on this pile other than pushing it down a hill into traffic?!

290k and mods I'd still be happy it started everyday.

APPS could be your problem, but its pricey.
