Sorry to hear about your issues.

I have to ask...do you have any boxes on it?

You probably had the caps on to illustrate your frustration. Some words of advice....When dealing with the dealer...REMAIN CALM. Do not yell, raise your voice or use profanity. They will respond infinitely more positive to you if you approach them in a factual, positive manner.

I had to have mine in twice to fix a loose seat issue. I assumed they were just trying to get out of a warranty repair. 1st time, they said there was nothing wrong with the seat back....I was furious by the time I got home. Still had the same issue. So, I lived with it until I got a list of a couple items together. Instead of yelling, I calmly and clearly enunciated 'seat TRACK'. Fixed!

Over the years I found the old addage to be true: Catch more flies with honey than vinegar.

Hope I haven't beat a dead horse with this, and I hope you get your trans issues resolved.

No boxes just the BDTD with outlook. But I don't run it that hard because of the tranny issue! I also live by the "More flies with honey " adage. Thank God it is still under warranty it makes it more bearable.

You're running a Triple Dog. You play...you pay. Just be thankful if you can get them to pay for anything.

Sorry to hear such but with you having the BDTD on your truck your lucky they paid to fix it the other times it went south. Any time you add more HP and TQ things break a stock trans. So now pony up the $$ and buy a trans that will handel the extra power from your BDTD. As they say you Play Now You Pay so don't ask or expect Dodge to fix it for you or pay any part of the repair. In fact your very lucky they didn't red flag your whole truck with Warranty VOID due to customer installing BDTD.

I have a friend that had the same issues with his tranny, somehow he got the dealership to pay him what they would have spent on the new tranny and he payed the rest on a ATS tranny. I believe the dealership gave him around $3,000.00, I'll ask him when I see him next.\

Got my truck back today after calling in a favor to my buddy @ DC corporate and wouldn't you know it they finally fixed it right. Guess you have to get the suites involved before you can get anything done. They swapped out trannys and now it runs like a top!

All you have to do is make a little stink and people pay attention to the smell!
