Im not changing the fuel line, I meant the one Im hooking into the banjo that goes to my sender unit for the gauge...

Do the same as the sender, light teflon and not on the last 2-3 threads.

Ok I jut got everything installed today and started the truck and its not showing any pressure, I tapped into the cp3 banjo bolt one closest to radiator and double checked the ground and nothing if I take the ground off the gauge reads 105 then ground it and it goes to 0, I dont know what I did wrong, why this didnt work right, any suggestions???? Also I did not install the snubber so I might try it with it next but I dont think that would make a diff of not showing any pressure at all?????

That looks correct.

I am not sure why your not getting a signal. You may consider grounding the sender, I have heard of that issue on other senders.
