How often do you need to adj. the valves 04?

How often do you need to adj. the valves 04?
I may be but it seems that my vallve train is gitting very noisy @ 40k. even after it's warmed up. any thought on this subject.

I had mine done at 45,000 miles when I had the cam installed. At 55,000 miles I did it again myself this time just because I felt like it. In the end, you get the satisfaction that you did everything yourself, exactly how you wanted the valve lash set.
Incidentally, I helped a TDR member adjust his valves ln his '05 at 17,xxx miles and they were 0.002" to 0.003" loose compared to the recommended 0.010 intake/0.020 exhaust.
Yes, this is still within the service manual specifications, but now they are set exactly where he wants them set. Good enough reason for me too!
