I tried to get one from my local Napa dealer first and was told their is no such thing as 47 or 48 RE transmission. They did have one for the 5 speed behind the Hemi and 4.7L (545?) and for some for Dodge cars but nothing for any 2500 or 3500 with a CTD. As I see it if 2 people behind the counter can't find a trans filter in the parts book after looking for 4-5 minutes they must not need or want my business, so I went to the Dodge dealer.
