How many of you with 315/70 17 ?

Almost a 35" tire with no or very little rub on stock suspension. I am in need of new tires and am not confident that size will fit with no problems please make me a beliver. I do intend to put a leveling kit when i get extra money but for know i just want to be sure that there wouln't be any problems.

As for rims the H2 rims are ugly IMO and so are many other after market rims so I will problay stay with the stock alum. for now.

I had 315's on the stock steel rims before I switched to the H2's and the only thing they rubbed on were my mudflaps. You should be ok to run them.

I only get a small amount of rubbing at full lock on right hand turns. I believe that is due to the fact that I am still running the stock track bar (without correction bushings) with the spring spacer & stock wheels. Also I put my 315's on at ~50% tread. I haven't had a brand new set of 315 tires on yet.

I ran BFG 315s on stock wheels with 2" leveling kit for about 55k miles and did not have any rubbing. Even did some light off roading without seeing any rubbing.

Yep ran them for 30K, then added taller springs to make it level. . they just touch at full turn. I slight touching won't stop me from doing it again.

Ran that size tire B4 the Carli kit & no problem for me ,except a very very slight rub at full turn. You will be fine with your set up.

You may get a slight rub at full turn on stock rims the H2s and after market will stick out farther. I only had slight rub at full turn on my mudflaps with the plow on(850#s)

I have BFG 35" MT's, and I get a little rub at full lock. Not that bad at all.

I personally liked 305/70/17's a lot better than these 35's. No rub at all, wider tire.

Even though your already convinced, I have 315-70-17 BFG allterrains on stock wheels and a leveling kit. As others have said theres a little bit of rub at full right turn for me.

I've had two sets of those tires one on stock rims and one on pro comp 6005 rims. they need to be rotated every couple thousand miles or your gonna have death wobble. I didn't believe it was the tires till I replaced the ENTIRE front end and put a DSS bracket on and coming home from Scheid's couldn't do over 55 or it would DW. New Toyo's were ordered the next day and it has been solid ever since.
