How many miles is too many

I have 1996 4x4 CC 5 speed getting a paint job, but I have also been looking at used 3500 4x4 quad cab duallies. I have found some nice looking trucks but it seems even the nicer trucks have 100K + miles on them and the owners are wanting more than top dollars. For example I found a 2004 quad 4x4 6speed dually with 120k miles and the prices is $22k. Is this too much coin for a 2004. What would you consider to be too many miles for a used truck?

Thanks.
Roger

17,999 for an 04' dually 4x4 6speed at the dealer with a ton of miles see link, this one is at an overpriced dealer, I wouldn't pay 16,000 for this truck in today's market:

Not a dually but gives you an idea on how cheap these trucks have become:

If you look around, you should be able to find an 04' 3500 dually 4x4 with 6 speed with 100K miles or less for 15-18K 24K is WAY TOO MUCH!!!

Here's an 05 with 52K miles for $24K. Still too much if you ask me, I bet you could pick up this truck for 20K financed or if you have cash 17-18K.
