I had the same code. Lost all power, could barely get r up to speed. It can have several causes, bad turbo, boost leak, intercooler losing pressure, exhaust restriction and a boost sensor, if I remember correctly. Mine had a smarty jr, i put it back to stock, and took it to the dealer. They replaced the turbo after checking the other stuff. After they replaced the turbo, they gave it back to me with the same problem, and said it had an exhaust restiction. Because it had an aftermarket mbrp 5" exhaust, they would not touch it. I told them it had to be the cat converter, and I was gonna cut it off, the service manager did not have a problem with that. We cut off the cat, and we looked up into the exhaust brake, and it was partially closed. It turns out the decellerator brake has a stud the keeps the butterfly open, my stud must have worked loose, and thus the brake was not open all the way. We replaced the stud, and it fixed the problem. Runs like a scalded *** ape now. It is pretty loud, but hey, it's cool.....

i cleared the code sunday night with the smarty jr. it runs fine now, ill probably clean my boost sensor this weekend and see how things look. i have a plastic intercooler so im not ruling that out. i dont have a cat on my exhaust- its free-flowing all the way to the turbo.
