I have 24K on it now and lately it has a funny lope to it like a 350 small block with an rv cam, it doesnt seem to be surging the motor because the RPM's are steady, it just sounds like maybe one of the injectors is louder than the others, could this be true, as soon as it goes to an idle it starts, it doesnt get worse or better, just steady.

 

Mine to , but it's not consistant. I'm wondering if it's not fuel related.

 

You probably won't notice it after the truck warms up. Mine does it too and I think it has something to do with the fuel system..

 

mine does it all the time at idle, whether it is warm or cold. it really sounds wicked while at high idle doing it!

 

some 03 , SO, trucks had #6 injector problems.

The loping you have is from your Edge Easy. My S.o. does
this and when I take it off it is gone. Also my CRUISE CONTRLOL
is very radical now.I called EGDE people and they said this is
normal with some trucks. They sent me a new one and it does it tooo. Love the extra power but I do wish I didnt have these
new problems.

 

I dont have an edge, it does it cold or hot no matter how long its driven it still does it, It's not disturbing but just something I have noticed. wierd

 

Run some LUCAS fuel treatment or something like that in there lot of times that will help.
