Bench tested at a Bosch certified service facility.

I paid $30 per injector to bench test them at a local Bosch shop. If they test bad, I would reccomend new Bosch injectors, but I do have 30k miles on remans with good results in my DD. Sufficent fuel pressure and filtration should be addressed as well if you haven't already.

I agree with 12valvedutchy, buy a good filtration system. The main killer of injectors is fuel contamination.

Dutchy, did you pull your injectors and take them in or did they remove them as part of the service? Where did you go in Western Pennsyltucky? My number 1 injector has morning sickness and smokes runs rough for a few seconds on a cold start. I believe it was bad fuel as I had a skanky fuel filter 2K miles after a filter change.

I pulled them myself and took them in. I used proformance fuel injection. If you make an appt in their shop they will pull them also I believe. They are located in Clearfield, PA right off I-80. I've dealt with them a hand full of times without any complaints. http://www.proformancefuelinjection.com/

Thanks, Clearfield is only 2 1/2 hrs from me but worth it since there appears not to be any good shops around Harrisburg.
