That is about the same answer I always get from them when I am trying to get some help with the unable to duplicate water leak problem I am having. The answer I get is please continue to work with the dealer or try a different dealer. Now that's what I call customer service.

Now those of us w/ the NV5600 can idle up for PTO operation. Just got this from the Dodge Builders Group:
Must install ‘Clutch Interlock Switch’ 05175417AA
Must go to dealer & get TSB 18-004-04 & get step 3 done
Supposed to be able to idle up to 1500 RPM

I think one of the main reasons that the TSB is for the auto trucks only is that they cannot be equipped with an exhaust brake.
Believe me the 6spd will warm up very quickly with the ebrake on at idle. If below 32 degrees the high idle comes on. My truck will be up to operating temp (gauge in the middle) in less than 5 minutes. Without the ebrake on it will never get up to normal op temps. So the people that say use a stick-it will not work for us that have the ebrake. We need a computer controlled high idle that will actually understand that we want 1200 rpm WITH the ebrake on. I hope the new PTO tsb will work with the e brake. Thanks for listening.....

I've got a electronis high idle on my 6 speed and put 1 on dads 2002 also
push botton to speed up, tap brake to slow, with a **** to predetermine fast idle speed, anywhere from just of idle to 1400 rpm.
it can be set higher if needed for pto operation, set screw must be turned in control box works great

I to am interested in a High Idle for my 03 auto. How much and what brand is the high idle unit that Hoss is referring to.
I was told by a mechanic that if you tap the PTO wire then you can high idle on the 03's. Problem is I havent been able to find the PTO wire if it even has one. If any one has any ideas let me know.

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!! IT WORKS!! IT WORKS!!!!! IT WORKS!!!!!!!!
toooooo cool!!!!! want high idle on your manual?? remove plug B on the PCM (the one toward the rear of engine) you have to disconnect the whole plug from the PCM, (there is a 4mm allen screw in the center) push the sealing plug out of #22, I used a paper clip (starting at to left, count across, there are 50 pins total, #22 is second in from left, third row down) you have to aquire a PCM connector pin somewhere (I have a tech friend that had an old harness lying around) make up a wire to go to a ground, then all you have to do is have it enabled, same as trucks with autos I didn't have to have mine enabled because this feature is built into the Bully Dog programming, so as soon as I connected the ground wire, I was able to use mine REAL SIMPLE MOD, took about 20 minutes counting making up the wire SSSWWWEEEEEEETTTTTTT!!!!
