The title of the post pretty much covers it. I realize this is supposed to work on automatics only but maybe there is away around that.

Mine neither....and the Bulletin floating around here is for the 2004 305/555.....specifically says that it is for engines built before the 600.
I e-mailed Chrysler Customer service and their reply was:
"Unfortunately, we are unable to determine the situation you have
outlined in your email. We recommend that you contact your authorized
DaimlerChrysler dealership for assistance. Should your dealer require
factory assistance, it is available through our regional Business
Center."
Ask my dealer.....that's pretty funny, I had to tell them about the Rapid Response Recall!

I just got off the phone with Chrysler Customer Service and the lady said that the TSB 18-004-04 applies to my VIN number......but when you read the TSB, it specifically states that the 600 is too new due to the December 10, 2003 date on the TSB.
I called my dealership and they said they would be willing to try it on my truck when I take it in for the Rapid Response. I'm kinda thinking that the only thing required on the Cummins 600 is to have the feature enabled....that the code from the re-flash is already there.
I'll let you guys know on Tuesday......if my truck makes it through the 3 minutes at the gov'nor without losing it's cool-ant.

The Rapid Response is an Immediate recall on the Cummins 600 engine when they found a couple with leaking engine blocks from the "freeze/casting" holes. I think it is a Rapid Response due to trying to catch any others before they get to the customers......didn't work too well.
