High Idle @1300 rmp+ = horrible noise

First off my truck runs great, but when I start it up in the morning an enable the high idle it is fine unless I bump the rpm above 1300 I eventually get a horrible grinding noise from the lower rear drivers side of the motor. Any ideas, as soon as I drop it below 1300 it stops. What could it be?
