You've got lots of choices... You should just be looking for a constant 12v source, just make sure you don't pick a switched source, or run it right from the batter with an isolator and in-line fuse.

My fault, I bought it for my 98 a year ago, I threw the directions away. No directions on his web page, and he hasn't answered the email I sent him.

If you are still looking for the info here is what I have:
Red: wire needs to be powered by a fuse that is at leas 20A and is hot at all times
Blue (2004 Dodge) Fuse #53 (engine compartment) #28 or #50 can be used.
Green wire to ground unless you want parking brake shut off
Hope this helps

Mishkaya,
Do you have a 600 engine? on mine #53 fuse a 15a air bag, 28 is gauge cluster, and 50 is trans relay. I think I am back to square one.
Thank you anyhow,
James

If you don't want to deal with fuse taps you can tie into the Pink/Green wire under the dash for the ignition wire, and the large Red wire under the dash for constant 12v.
There is a chance you will throw a P0480 and/or P0243 code when you hook it up this way. If you do, you need to install a jumper from the Pink/Green wire to one of the Pink/Yellow wires under the dash. I'm not positive which Pink/Yellow wire, but it is one of the smaller ones.
Have fun

No, I don't have a 600 engine, 2nd gen for me. I was just quoting the instructions I have for the timer (purchased last fall) for your model year. According to said instructions, you are fine with any of those fuses. I personally used a painless wiring kit, to make sure I didn't interfere with anything. The reasoning behind using the fuses indicated is that they need to be at least 20A and I don't think you need to worry about needing the airbags, if the timer is functioning!
Good luck with your install

I had a PITA time getting my turbo timer in w/o throwing codes and the check engine light. After reading hours of wiring diagrams, taping wires, and trying different things, I finally got the CEL out and the timer working good. I found this post by searching the P0243 code which I have left over from the first go around with only having the timer hooked up using one wire( 16ga Pink/Green).
So I'm searching the code and I find the EXACT wires I used to finalize my install. THIS would have saved me many hours!!!
Anyway, on my 04.5, here's what I did... The short version anyway LOL!!
~ Opened the hatch right under the steering column
~ located the bundle of wires coming right out of the driver side of the column..
~ Soldered into one of the heavy 10ga red wires for constant 12v high current source. I also added a fuse from here to the timer..
~ Soldered the timer ign. lead into the small 16ga Pink/green stripe wire..
~ soldered the timer accy. lead into the 16ga pink/yellow stripe wire. BE CAREFULL, THERE IS A 14GA PINK YELLOW! FIND THE SMALLER ONE!!
~ ground under the dash..
~ Tape the timer right to the left of the column..
~ DONE! Works great!!
Here's the Apexi timer I got...
