help with electrical problems

This is on my 05 pulling truck same as truck in sig. Its been throwing an overdrive voltage too low (p0973) on start here and there, clear it and it goes away. The weekend before TS after a pull it started throwing a p0882 transmission 12V supply relay controll circuit low and throws tranny in limp mode. Cleared and had no problems till I went to pull at TS. Sometimes at the same time throws p2769 which is a TQ convertor code. On the way home from TS it threw a p2146 injector group A code after start up and then truck runs like crap. The truck got a ride home on a wrecker 235mi because of it.

The reason we tried to drive it home is because on my 06 stock truck with 30,XXX mi when leaving the motel I grenaded the rear drum, roller clutch assembly in the transmission. Did I mention it is 1 month out of warranty. The dealer said normally they would have warrantied it but with Chrysler filing for Bankcruptcy I had a 50/50 shot but don't hold your breath. Thank god I still have my old 02 Ford 7.3l or I'd be up the creek without a paddle. I ought to just get rid of all this junk and get a duramax and see what happens.

Back to the 05 I pulled the smarty,ez and tst off of it. It starts runs fine for a second throws code then runs like crap. The fuel inj group a code won't go away. We checked connections on all plugs and even swapped the inj harnesses of 1,2 and 5,6 under the valve cover. I did see though that group A is inj 1,2, and 3. Any suggestions would be nice. I'm thinking maybe wiring harness or maybe ecm. Can I take the ecm out of my 06 and swap them to try it? Is the wiring harness on motor the same on the 05 as on a 03?

Oh yea the only thing I didn't take off was the BD OD lockout box.

Sounds like the valve cover harness for the injectors acting up heard they've had alot of problems with those in 05' and 06's.

I switched the #1 and #3 wiring harnesses around under the valvecover on the road. But since then I learned group A is inj 1,2,and 3. Wiring harness #3 was brand new.

Anybody else.
