Hi all,

My brother has an 04 3500 CTD quad cab and the other day his left rear door stopped unlocking using the switch or the remote. We picked up a new lock unit and that doesn't work either. The power window still works - Any ideas..?

Check the wires in the loom to the door. A couple are probably broken.

 

Perfect.. Took it apart tonight and wadda ya know..! Two broken wires.. A couple of connectors and some tape and we're as good as new.
