Have a buddy that needs some MPG help...
My friend has 2004.5 2500 600 auto 4x4. (3.73 I think. 
) He is getting around 13.8 mpg all the time. Does anyone know which TSB may fix this problem?
If you have followed my posts you will remember I had one of the first 600s. It was an exact duplicate of my current truck. It had the infamous hesitation/misfire problem. Dealer ordered me another truck. Well that truck got around 13.5 mpg when I had it. Got the new truck and it was getting 16 - 17 mpg right out of the box! So there is deffiently something different about the first trucks. My truck now has around 6700 miles on it and will get almost 20 mpg if driven 65 mph on the interstate. By the way it has pulled a 8,000 lbs trailer a total of 1,600 miles so it is breaking in faster than most trucks.
Have any suggestions on how to fix my buddies mileage? Thanks!
