guys with 6 speed, what gear do you start in?

I almost always start in either 2nd or 3rd...but mostly 3rd. I don't tow much, so I rarely use 1st gear at all. Occasionally I'll use it if I'm in heavy traffic. Instead of the start and stop routine I'll drop it down in first and just roll along nice and slow.

Since I installed my EZ I always start off in 3rd. If I'm trying to burn a ricer at a light I simply must start off in 3rd, 2nd gear is all spin. I have 4.10's, also.
I still get 20mpg with the EZ on 4, starting in 3rd, daily driving, with a 6-speed and 4.10's! I don't think I'll ever get rid of this truck!
