fueling troubles

Greetings from Indiana! I had to remove my fuel tank from my 06 Ram several months ago (make sure when you loan out your truck, there is enough fuel to get them where they have to go! Some people are too stupid to read the big warning that says desiel fuel only!) Got the gas out of the tank, cleand the lines, all is good so I thought. Now I cant fill the tank very fast. Even the first click on the nozzle is too fast, the pump just shuts off. I have to hold the handle so the fuel barely flow in the filler neck. None of the rubber hoses are kinked, never had any trouble before removing the tank. Any ideas?

gotta be a kink either in the fill line or the vent.
