Fuel Scrubber Question?

I am considering installing a fuel scrubber by Boulder Engineering on my truck.
Has anyone installed or had experience with diesel fuel scrubbers.

the only scrubbers i'm aware of is the ones on underground diesels...the exhaust is routed through a tank of water and other pollutant cleaning chemicals....i don't know why you would want one

It looks like they are refering to an exhaust scrubber. This is a fuel scrubber that cleans the diesel fuel like a fuel filter.

Headache. High maintenance, cost, etc.

No but seems to be about emissions more than anything else. Working as an operator with diesels on jobs now requiring upgraded emissions on state and federal funded jobs i have seen the results on compressors and other equipment that quits running or suffers lower power because of this stuff. Machines that used to be reliable are now causing more downtime due to the emissions junk.
