fuel rail pressure question

does anyone for sure know what the fuel rail pressure needs to be while cranking? for it to start? and whats it supposed to be at an idle? trying to diagnose a no start problem on my 03 dodge. will start after about 10 seconds of cranking when cold but when warm wont start no matter how long you hold the key, but with ether it fires up either way. and wont accept a tune either. programmer downloads just fine but when you drive the truck its just stock. had a bullydog crazy larry and think it may have messed up my ecm and have to wait till tuesday to get compuer flashed from the dealer.

how bout this... does anyone have a fuel rail pressure gauge on their truck... and what does your truck put out like first second and then after like two seconds of cranking. maybe pull a fuse or plug so it doesnt start. or if your truck takes a few seconds of turning over to start would be fine. trying to get some info of issues and how fast it bulds up to what it really needs to fire and what is wrong with my truck, kinda thinking my relief valve is bad, or going bad at least. i have the edge milemax which pretty much only boost your fuel rail pressure, and the crazy larry which will boost it through the roof so im tinking i was blowin off some steam alot since i get on it alot and never realized the damage i can cause especially by gettin on hard and lettin off how the pressure goes through the roof

On an 05 the minimum is 870psi according to the manual.

If not the ECM and the pressure is down it is either bad injectors or CP3. Likely the injectors.
