Fuel in the oil?

Fuel in the oil?
I’m working on my 2003 oil is 3/4 of an inch high on the dip stick. Truck will occasionally buck and serge other times it runs fine I have a few codes to include p0192, p0480, p0483, p0633, p0602, p2509
