I try to change mine every 10-15,000 miles or once a year if I do not drive a lot, but that never happens.
The owners manual says 15,000 on the B service secdule.

I'm changing it every 10k.
While back I changed out a filter on a '06 for a buddy of mine. 30k miles on the original. Suprisingly wasn't bad looking at all. But he did mentioned the truck runs better after the filter change.

I change mine mine every other oil change, which means the fuel filter is changed every 10,000 miles. Sometimes I do it sooner if I feel a power loss or what ever. I actually carry a spare one under the rear seat just in case. I learned that from years of being in the trucking industry.

I change mine every 5k with the oil. Some say that's overkill and I'm wasting money. I don't really care though because it's cheap insurance and I like doing it plus with ~19 PSI of lift pressure versus stock I think the parameters changed a little. I have a FASS HPFP plumbed to the stock filter. We also buy a lot of fuel from the farm store which probably isn't the best quality either.

I change mine every 10,000 to 15,000, but once i got to a GDP Lift pump, I will do sooner, as it will draw a lot more junk out of the bottom of the fuel tank, just like Staarma. If you get quality fuel, it should be good for 15,000. IF you lose performance or see a drop in fuel pressure(if you have a guage) then that also signifies its time for a change. Just my $.02

I change my stocker fuel filter every 10k (every other oil change). And I change the GDP Fleetguard 2 micron filter every 20k. Good clean fuel is your injectors friend when your Cp3 is pushing 25,000 psi of pressure to them.
