I was kind of wondering the same thing. Maybe it is because ULSD is just coming out now, so Dodge is only addressing cuttent models.

Join the club! First time I changed the oil on my CTD, the old oil filter gasket stuck to the engine. I screwed the new filter down on top of it. Didn't notice it until I dumped nearly a gallon of new Rotella on my garage floor

Not just 2005 model year and earlier, but why not 2006's built before March? Mine is a late 2005 built 2006. Does that mean this TSB doesn't apply to me?
