Same Problem
I had the very same experience this weekend that resulted in an undriveable truck. The Quad X2, and the engine wash. It would be nice to know if there's a connection. I have a fuel pressure kit for my Quad Commander and noticed that just before the truck started acting up, my fuel pressure dropped to zero. I was in town, so I pulled over and opened the hood to check for any obvious problems. There was nothing and shortly afterward, the truck stalled at idle. When I restarted, it began to idle erratically and occasionally diesel, then lit the MIL. i was just a few blocks from home and tools, so I limped slowly back, hooked up my reader and had the same code that you did, P0192. I went through the diagnostic checks in the manual and everything pointed to the rail pressure sensor. The surprising part was when I went to buy a replacement. The local Dodge dealer wanted $707. Next stop was a local truck dealer that handles Cummins parts. $300 there. A very helpful diesel shop in MN ordered one for me for $108. I don't mind paying a decent markup, but I sure hate being screwed as badly as the Dodge dealer was attempting.
