Front end alignment
#16
Mine does the exact same thing, has since day one, just had the alignment checked last Sat at the dealer. its all within "specs" Tires on mine are not the issue as the first set did the same thing, Im researching adjustable ecentrics for the ball joints if there is such an animal. While doing the alignment we did find that the rear axle thrust angle is off.00214 .. not much, but could be an issue, but adjustment is not an option vs cost.
Im in the same boat and anyone with ideas ?

It's my pot and I'll stir it if I want to. If you're not careful, I'll stir your's as well!

When my truck was new it pulled to the right and the steering was a bit stiff. The dealer found a bad steering box. They installed a new steering box and did and alignment and ever since then it has tracked perfectly.

A older TSB for 01/02s is a adjustable ball joint. It will fit the 03s up with a rubber shield installed. Some dealers DID install this to correct pull when the 3rd gens came out. Lots of posts about this early on.
