Front Drive Shaft

I noticed that I can slightly twist my front drive shaft when the truck is parked. Should there be any monement? Havent tried it in 4WD, I would assume all of the play would be gone? Knock on wood I am not having any problems shifting or clunking. Thank you in advance.

There was a little play in mine the other day when I had it on the lift. I'll be replacin' my u joint on the front driveline this next week. I don't think you want any play at all......but I'm not 100% sure

You will have a little bit of play. This is normal.

Thank you, I checked the U-Joints and they all appear to be fine. No clunking when shifting out of park or putting in reverse.
