Fan Clutch Question

Fan Clutch Question
When my fan clutch fully engages at rpms over 1500 it makes a loud squealing sound. My truck has about 90K on it and the fan clutch was replaced about a year ago with an OEM unit. Any suggestions or recommendations?
Thanks

Thanks, the tensioner, idler, water pump and fan clutch were all replace about a year ago. When I replaced my fan clutch last year then noise went away. It is back again. I put a OEM clutch on last year.

The fan is driven by the back side of the belt, flat side. It is probably slipping and causing the squeeling. The fan takes up to 20 hp to turn it.
Try putting some belt dressing or water on it an see if the squeel changes. If so you may need to replace the belt.

Thanks the belt is less than a year old. I used a NAPA sever duty. What is a good replacement belt? The sound that I am getting is more like a metalic sound not a belt slip.
