engine pulling vacum

ok, so there is no buterfly on these things, so, if you let off the go pedel, will the intake go negetave on a boost/vac guage? i was wanting to put a boost/VAC guage in it, but would be pointless if it dosent ever pull vac.

Nope, the boost will just go to zero.

it might read -psi if your intake air filter is completely plugged idling, but once it starts to load, it will go +psi.. just go with a 0-60 gauge stock 600 engines can get to 35-38psi boost, so that would max out a 0-35 gauge..
