Engine Died

This afternoon, I was driving down the street and I went to turn and realized I had no power steering. I had the ac turned up all the way and the radio on so I did not hear anything. I pulled over and realized the engine had died also. The radio and air were still on. I got it restarted with no problem. Any idea on what happened. I have been driving it all afternoon and it hasn't acted up again and I can't find anything unusual. Thanks for the help.

with the little explanation you gave and no real tale-tale signs i would either say a electronic hic-up or your lift pump is starting to go. if it was your LP it would have sputtered then died.

My truck has never died, but one time all my gauges shot up to max then came back down to 0, turned off and restarted back to norm. ever since then it has never happened.

Do you have an original Xzillaraider harness or have you upgraded to and X2 harness. When i had the original harness this happened to me 3 seperate time while i was on the highway at speed. took the harness out and never happened since. Just a thought.

My vote is for the quad box also. That happened to me once when I ran a quad box. Took it off soon after, and about 20K miles later, no problems.

Thanks yall. Yeah, it's still the original harness. I didn't even know they had an upgraded harness. What does it run?
