What does this mean how can I fix it please help. Just turned on today.

 

I don't see a P0243, but P0234 = Turbocharger Overboost Condition

NVM, here it is P0243 Turbocharger Wastegate Solenoid A Malfunction

 

That could be the code says Supercharger Boost Bypass Solenoid Malfunction. What does that mean and how can it be fixed?
