Engine assembly torque specs same for 02 as 03????

So I bought a "factory service manual" CD for my engine assembly task. However I am assuming that even though the guy told me it was up to 2006 the manual stops at 2002 because it only lists I believe a 235 and 245 hp version.
My problem is that I followed this manual for all of my clearance specs (main bearings, rod bearings, etc) AND also used the torque specs for the main bearing caps (130),Connecting rods (73) cam bolts (18) , oil pump bolts(18) etc.
I need to know if I can continue with the assembly, or if there are differences and I will have to re torque bolts??
I'm gettin ready to put the head on and want to find out first. ALSo, seeing only 18 lbs on some of these bolts, should I be using thread lock ? The manual did NOT state to.

Help much appreciated, Thanks

I can not speak for the main bolts but the connecting rods on the 3rd gen trucks use fracture cap rods and the torque spec is 22 ft lbs,44 ft lbs and thena 60 degree turn on each bolt. no set torque number
