Emergency Brake Will Not Release - HELP - Stuck at work

I need to know all I can about the Emergency Brake... Can I access them without pulling the axle from the tube? Is the rotor mearly slid over the studs or is it like the GM 14 Bolt and have to pull the whole hub off? I need to DC them so I can get home tonight... I pulled into work and the brakes were about to set fire to my truck they got so hot! I have to commute over an hour on them. Please anyone, give me some input.

R,
Andy

The rotor slides over the hub an E-brake pad. I've cut the cable before in an emergency, on the side of the road. If you can remove the wheel and rotor, you should be able to unhook the cable.

your cable is most likely seized on the pedal side go underneath the truck where the cables split to both wheels and cut the cable going to the pedal that should free your brakes
