I have an '05 six speed truck with the sensor built into my accelerator pedal as a unit, is this still APPS or something newer? Also can my version be reset like the older cable style APPS units?

Yes and yes there were 3 setups, the apps near the head in engine compartment, or one under the driver side battery, or one on top of the pedal. The reset procedure is the same i believe, disconnect batteries for 30 min, hook up, turn key on (dont start) depress pedal slowly to the floor and let back up, turn key off.

 

Thx, hopefully someone can confirm the reset on the peddle mounted version.
