Question diff oil mixing and fill level tolerance

Are there any conceivable problems mixing 75W-90 with 75W-140 (both Mobile 1 syn)?

Also, after filling the diff oil to the fill line (marked on the diff), it ended up being about 3.4Q. That fill line is a good 3/4 in. below the fill hole. I know most posts I've read here talk about filling up to the hole itself. Does anybody know the tolerance for fluid in the diff? It seems like I saw it printed in the DR service manual but I can't find it now. Something like +- 1/4 in. or maybe +- 1/2 in.

Thanks!

Seems I put in 4 qts when I used the stock rear diff cover. THat brought it right up to the Full ine printed on the cover. I now have a PML and it takes 5 qts to get it to the same level...I would think if you put in a full 4 you should be OK..
