I live in Delaware. It may get down to maybe 10degrees at might in the winter (0 or -? if there is a wind chill).

Should I put a suplement in when I fuel up or will I be ok? Also, does this go with every tank or will it last likw a few months?

I wouldn't worry about diesel gelling at that temp, but you should keep your tank full and say every 3rd tank add something to chase the water out.
