The FCA is available now and can be tested by unplugging the connector to it while idling, the engine should get noticeably louder(rattle more). Plug it back in and it should return to normal. If it doesn't return to normal, the FCA is most likely going bad.

I searched FCA for 10 minutes couldnt find what it stood for. (found FCA lots but no description) Forgive my ignorance-what is it.

The way they found mine was after all the other stuff got worked and Chrysler Star was out of ideas, I noticed a fuel pressure drop jsut BEFORE the stumble in RPM occured, and told the service manager the FCA could be sticking. He called Star, and they said pour a pint of 2 cycle marine oil into the fuel and see if it stops sticking. It did stop for that tank full of fule, but as soon as I filled up again it started stumbling again, so they changed the CP3 and no more problem with that. Hope you can test yours and get it fixed under warranty. I think the injection pump is covered under the 100K warranty.
