I spoke to Chrysler Canada customer service this morning...
It is a ZERO deductible!! The rep is calling the dealer to "update" them.
My tow charge is ALSO covered - just have to mail in the original receipt to Chrysler roadside assistance...they then mail you back a check.
I am just waiting for a call back from the Chrysler rep to finalize.
So if any of you have had this service performed...I recommend you call Chrysler to confirm your coverage then have Chrysler call your dealer to get your $100 back!
I will also be telling the Chrysler rep about the car rental that I had to endure for 2 more days because I could not confirm this info with Chrysler until today OR I would have picked up my 2500 Saturday ( it was ready Saturday... I had a voicemail on my cell )
Cheers

All these dealer service personal need to do is LOOK it up in their policy and prochedures manual(their Bible) I used it almost daily! The info is HANDED to them so there is no guess work in coverage, model to model or years with deductables listed etc. I handeled at one time Cadallic,Olds,Isuzu and Mazda out of ONE store(YUK) talk about looking up coverages! Some stuff even changed in mid model year.

Yes, it states the coverages in you owners manual. Just take a few minutes to read it. It may be in the smaller "warranty" booklet that is in the same black soft case your owners manual is in. But it is the 7/100 on those parts.

Maybe I give the dealers too much credit in believeing that they know what is/is not covered, but from the pit of my fat gut, I firmly believe they do. And the reason they try to charge a deductible is for the simple fact that they gamble with the customers warranty knowledge. IOW, if the warranty savvy customer calls them on it and eventually phones DC to help set the dealer straight, they quip, "we made a mistake." Those that don't know the warranty fine print end up drawing dead and the dealer takes the pot.
