dead battery, now have alot of codes

I tried to start my truck the other morning and it would barely turn over (dead batteries) . I was drifting down my hill already ( with the clutch in ) so I just bump started it. Well, it kinda ran for a few seconds but was sputtering badly. then it just instantly came to life and has been running fine ever since.

But, it is now throwing codes 2149, 2146 and 2509. Like i said is running just fine but these codes have me worried... I tried to clear them by disconnecting the batteries but no dice, they are still there. Is this something I should be worried about?

P2146-BANK 1 (CYLINDERS 1-3) SHORTED HIGH OR LOW
P2149-BANK 2 (CYLINDERS 4-6) SHORTED HIGH OR LOW
P2509-POWERDOWN DATA LOST ERROR
Dead battery caused the P2509 most likely cause the other codes also. Charge batterys and clear codes then if they do not come back you should be good to go. I use a Starscan to clear codes, dealership tool. Maybe a code reader that can clear codes, Napa Auto Parts might be able too.

Clean all the ground straps. There are two on the engine block one each side and one on the drivers side fender under the hood. This is a small one with 3 or 4 straps going to it. Make sure these are clean. 9 times out of 10 this is what causes you to throw a 2509..
