Confused Trans?

I have an 05 2500 4x4 Auto with 32k miles and stock. The truck is used for towing a camper and race car trailer, seperately, and commuting. The problem I'm having is the transmission seems to be hunting for gears at low speed with an incline. Is there an adjustment I can make or since it is under warranty should I let the dealer do it, who has not seen it since it was bought.

TIA
Dan

I think thats a fairly common issue with the auto transmission. Mine has done it since day one and the dealer says it's normal.
I don't believe him, but I have no other options....

Do you have the basic 3yr/36000 mile warranty? If so, I would go ahead and bite the bullet on some valve bodies because that is where your sloppy shifting is coming from. Mine does it too, seems like it's hunting sometimes and deciding which gear to be in...and I dispise it. I messed up and bought the extended warranty 6yr/60000 mile, but am really seriously thinking of getting valve bodies and a torque converter anyway...these factory ones are sloppy at best.
