Code meanings on 03
Guys if you could help me I would greatly appriciate it.
On a recent trip from AZ to PA, pulling an empty 1,600 Car trailer the following codes appeared. P0192 "Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Low" and P0237 "Turbo Boost Pressure Sensor Low". Could someone explain what these codes mean?
The first time the codes appeared was after climbing the steep grade on I17 from Phoenix to Flagstaff. The second time was in the hills of TN. In both cases the truck "Hickup" ran rough for a few second then ran normal. The engine light then stayed on for hundreds of miles before going out.
Thanks,

Do you have gauges? Aftermarket fuel pump? You were probably draining the rail a little. The CEL will stay on for a while after something like that sets a hard code.
Let's talk about fuel pressure first. If you don't have gauges, I suggest you get them, at least a fuel pressure gauge.

Thanks Guys!!
Madhat - I have Boost & Exhaust gauges hooked up, but not fuel pressure. Have the gauge but haven't hooked it up yet. That will be my next priority.
What pressure is good? If I wanted to play it safe, and just replace the original pump, any suggestions?
Thanks,
