Clogged cat?

Has anyone had trouble with their cat getting clogged. I've noticed my egt's have been higher than normal and they don't drop as quickly at idle as they used to. I was thinking the extra soot from the smarty has clogged the cat.
Any thoughts?

Is it way down on power, fuel economy off? I have never read of a cat getting clogged on one of these trucks. I have been running a Smarty Jr for about 29K miles on the 100hp setting and mine is not clogged.

I've had the Smarty jr for about 70,000 miles, but every now and again I clean the cat out.

There's a lever you need to push to clean it out, hold the lever for about 10 seconds and then let up on it. You can check it again after a few seconds and the soot dissipates. You'll see that the next time you operate the lever there is MUCH less soot, and the cat is nearly clean. Do this once a month or so.
