Carrier bearing causing lack of power

Carrier bearing causing lack of power
I figured out here a couple of months ago I would need a new one piece drive shaft to correct my low end shudder.
Well I hadn't towed the 5er since then and kind of forgot about it since it only happens with a load on it.
Yesterday hooked up and it seems like a lack of power climbing a local road 10% grade couple of miles.
Question is could this bearing be causing a lack of power? Like I said I don't notice it unless I hook up. Truck squats 4" when hooked up. Problem just started a couple of months ago at 40k miles.
Thanks
