Carrier Bearing

My carrier bearing on my 2004 has worn out the 4 corner bushings. I found a spicer number when doing a google search of 210391-1x. Does anyone have any expierience with this? Is it a direct bolt on where the bolt holes are the same size and line up? I'd like to run this as it seems like a better setup but dont want to alter anything else.

Yep, it's a direct replacement.....and MUCH better than the factory junk. I'm running one on my truck with no issues.
